TheColiz Guard provides private security personnel, corporate guard services, luxury vehicle hire, and event security, coordinated through direct booking and consultation. All personnel are licensed where legally permitted; TheColiz Guard does not directly arm or train guards.

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Availability of specific guards or vehicles is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Vehicle images on this site represent the class/model of vehicle and are not a guarantee of the exact unit provided. All vehicle hire is chauffeur-driven only — self-drive is not offered, as this keeps our insurance cover valid and protects the vehicle. Fuel, tolls and any travel outside the agreed route or hours are charged separately and confirmed before the trip.

Rates vary with personnel type, number of guards, vehicles and duration, and are quoted per booking on WhatsApp rather than published on this site. Payment is by bank transfer only; account details are shared once the quote is agreed.

Cancellations must be sent to us on WhatsApp or by phone. If you cancel before personnel or vehicles have been mobilised, any amount paid is refunded in full. Once a team or vehicle has already been deployed for your booking, costs already incurred may be deducted from what you paid, and the balance refunded.

TheColiz Guard takes reasonable care in the provision of security and vehicle hire services. However, TheColiz Guard is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party actions, road conditions, or force majeure events.

Clients are expected to treat assigned personnel and vehicles with respect. Misuse of hired vehicles or abusive conduct toward personnel may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
